Main Tasks:

– Develop Digital on boarding and transactions campaigns to meet revenue and growth targets

 

– Implement and utilize analytics to identify potential customers, execute migration opportunities and improve subscription and retention performance

 

– Institutionalize a disciplined process to manage continuous transaction regularity and optimize fee income

 

– Establish and implement plans to increase the share of digital sales

 

– Update channel sales senior manager on boarding, migration and transactions by channel and coordinate across teams to improve sales performance

 

– Setup required framework to collect, analyze and action customer user experience feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and align to target service levels

 

 

 

– Sales and Digital channels experience

– Experience managing money transfer products, income streams

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time
