منح دراسية ممولة بالكامل من الحكومة السويسرية للطلاب الأجانب ، 2019

تقدم الحكومة السويسرية ، من خلال اللجنة الفيدرالية ، منحًا دراسية متميزة للباحثين والبدعين الأجانب في سويسرا.

تتوفر المنح الدراسية لمتابعة برامج الدكتوراه أو برامج ما بعد الدكتوراة وبرامج الفنون الجميلة في إحدى الجامعات الممولة من الحكومة أو المؤسسة المعترف بها.

 

تهدف هذه المنحة  الدراسية إلى استقطاب  الباحثين الشباب من الخارج الذين أكملوا درجة الماجستير أو الدكتوراه. وعلى الفنانين الأجانب الحاصلين على درجة البكالوريوس.

في كل عام ، يمنح الاتحاد السويسري منحة دراسية للتميز الحكومي لتعزيز التبادل الدولي والتعاون البحثي بين سويسرا وأكثر من 180 دولة أخرى. يتم اختيار المستفيدين من قبل الجهة المانحة ، اللجنة الفيدرالية لبرامج الطلاب الأجانب (FCS).

غالبًا ما يحتاج المتقدمون من خارج الوطن إلى تلبية متطلبات محددة في اللغة الإنجليزية حتى يتمكنوا من الدراسة هناك.

بالنسبة إلى الحاصلين على المنح من  المُرشحين من خارج الاتحاد الأوروبي: يتم دفع التأمين الصحي الإلزامي السويسري من قِبل الحكومة الفيدرالية .

لا توجد بدلات عائلية.

يحصل حاملو المنح الدراسية من خارج أوروبا القارية على بدل طيران (مبلغ مقطوع) للحصول على تذكرة سفر إلى بلدهم الأصلي (يتم توفيرها في نهاية البرنامج).

بدل سكن خاص بقيمة 300 فرنك سويسري (يدفع مرة واحدة في بداية البرنامج).

بطاقة المواصلات العامة لمدة نصف عام.

بدلات الدعم والرحلات المختلفة والعشاء والجولات السياحية التي نظمت لأصحاب منح الحكومة السويسرية للتميز.

يمكن لحاملي منح الدكتوراه طلب بدل إضافي للعمل الميداني. بالنسبة إلى الرحلات الميدانية التي تستغرق أكثر من شهرين ، سيتم تخفيض مبلغ البرنامج إلى 50٪.

المنح الدراسية بعد الدكتوراه:

يصل التمويل إلى مبلغ شهري قدره 3500 فرنك سويسري.

بالنسبة إلى الحاصلين على منح من خارج الاتحاد الأوروبي ومن خارج رابطة التجارة الحرة الأوروبية: يتم دفع التأمين الصحي الإلزامي السويسري من قِبل FCS.

لا توجد بدلات عائلية.

معايير القبول بالنسبة لمنحة الدكتوراه:

أن يكون المُتقدم قد حصل على درجة الماجستير أو ما يعادلها درجة جامعية معترف بها من قبل الجامعات السويسرية. يجب أن يكون المتقدم قد حقق هذه الدرجة قبل بدء البرنامج في سبتمبر القادم. كدليل ، يجب تقديم الدرجة إلى اللجنة المسؤولة للبرامج قبل بدء البرنامج.

تاريخ ميلاد مقدم الطلب بعد 31 ديسمبر 1983.

 

يجب على المتقدمين تقديم خطاب من أستاذ مضيف أكاديمي (بما في ذلك سيرته الذاتية القصيرة) في الجامعة السويسرية التي تم اختيارها لتأكيد سبب استعداده الإشراف على رسالة الدكتوراه ودعمها. بدون هذا الدعم ، سيتم رفض الطلب.

من المتوقع أن ينتقل حاملو المنح الدراسية إلى سويسرا خلال فترة المنحة.

معايير القبول في منحة ما بعد الدكتوراه:

أن يكون المتقدم حاصل على درجة الدكتوراه

يفضل أن تكون مرت أكثر من خمس سنوات بين الحصول  على الدكتوراه. وموعد تقديم الطلب.

المتقدمون الموجودون في سويسرا لأكثر من عام في بداية البرنامج في سبتمبر غير مؤهلين.

يجب على المتقدمين تقديم خطاب (أو بريد إلكتروني) من الأستاذ في المؤسسة السويسرية المضيفة يفيدون أنهم على استعداد ويحق لهم الإشراف على أبحاث ما بعد الدكتوراه. بدون هذا التأكيد ، سيتم رفض الطلب.

يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدمين اقتراح بحث بما في ذلك إطار زمني ( الجدول الزمني لتنفيذ البحث ) . حيث تعتبرهذه الخطوة هي المحور الرئيسي للتقديم. يجب على مقدم الطلب تكريس كل الاهتمام اللازم لذلك.

يجب أن يكون المتقدم قد حقق هذه الدرجة قبل بدء البرنامج في سبتمبر القادم. كدليل ، يجب تقديم الدرجة إلى اللجنة المسؤولة  للبرامج قبل بدء البرنامج.

يجب أن يولد المتقدمون بعد 31 ديسمبر 1983

المتقدمون الذين كانوا في سويسرا لأكثر من عام في بداية البرنامج في سبتمبر غير مؤهلين.

يجب على المتقدمين تقديم خطاب من الأستاذ في المؤسسة المضيفة السويسرية يفيد بأنه مستعد لدعم ومراقبة البحث. بدون هذا الدعم ، سيتم رفض الطلب.

يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدمين اقتراح بحث بما في ذلك إطار زمني. هذا هو محور التطبيق. يجب على مقدم الطلب تكريس كل الاهتمام اللازم لذلك.

يجب أن يكون المتقدمون يمتلكون المهارات اللغوية اللازمة للبحث الدراسات.

المتقدمون الذين استفادوا بالفعل من منحة الامتياز الحكومية السويسرية ليسوا مؤهلين للتقدم بطلب للحصول على منحة دراسية ثانية. من المتوقع أن ينتقل حاملو المنح الدراسية إلى سويسرا خلال فترة المنحة.

 

معايير منحة الفنون الجميلة

درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها.

يجب أن يولد المتقدمون بعد 31 ديسمبر 1983.

ينبغي على المتقدمين بدء منحة دراسية في موعد لا يتجاوز ثلاث سنوات بعد التخرج بدرجة البكالوريوس.

المتقدمون الذين كانوا في سويسرا لأكثر من عام في بداية البرنامج في سبتمبر غير مؤهلين.

يجب أن يكون المتقدمون يملكون المهارات اللغوية اللازمة لبرنامج الماجستير.

المتقدمون الذين استفادوا بالفعل من منحة الامتياز الحكومية السويسرية ليسوا مؤهلين للتقدم بطلب للحصول على منحة دراسية ثانية.

من المتوقع أن ينتقل حاملو المنح الدراسية إلى سويسرا خلال فترة المنحة.

• متطلبات اللغة الإنجليزية: غالبًا ما يحتاج المتقدمون من خارج سويسرا ( لا يتكلمون اللغة الإنجليزيبة كلغة أولى) إلى تلبية متطلبات محددة في اللغة الإنجليزية حتى يتمكنوا من الدراسة هناك.

إجراءات التقديم

يمكن الحصول على نموذج  الطلب عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني من السفارة السويسرية. يرجى إرسال 3 مجموعات (= نسخة أصلية + نسختان) من وثائق الطلب بالترتيب المحدد أدناه: تحتوي المجموعة الأولى على الوثائق الأصلية الموقعة بالإضافة إلى خطابات التوصية السرية وإذا كان ذلك ممكنًا الترجمات المصدق عليها. المجموعتان الأخريان هما نسخ المجموعة الأولى باستثناء خطابات التوصية السرية ( يرسلون مع المجموعة الأولى فقط).

خطاب تحفيزي (بحد أقصى 2 صفحات).

اقتراح بحث كامل (بحد أقصى 5 صفحات ، موقّع) ، باستخدام نموذج اقتراح بحث الهيئة الفيدرالية للمنح الدراسية (FCS)  حصريًا.

نسخة من رسالة من أستاذ مضيف أكاديمي (بما في ذلك سيرته الذاتية القصيرة) في الجامعة السويسرية المختارة تؤكد لماذا هو على استعداد للإشراف على أطروحة الدكتوراه ودعمها.

خطاب قبول في برنامج الدكتوراه من الجامعه التي قبل بها الطالب

مطلوب خطاب دعم من أستاذ مضيف في أي حال بالإضافة إلى ذلك.

رسالتان سريتان للتوصية من أستاذين مختلفين في مجال مقدم الطلب (استخدم حصريًا النموذج المرجعي لـ FCS – النسخ الأصلية في مظاريف مختومة فقط للمجموعة الأولى).

نسخ من الشهادات وكشوف الدرجات من الجامعات الكليات والدبلومات التي سبق أن التحقت بها ، إذا لم تكن الشهادات باللغة الإيطالية أو الفرنسية أو الإنجليزية فيجب أن تترجم وتصدق بطريقة رسمية

Fully Funded Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships for Foreign Scholars, 2019

The Swiss Government, through the Federal Commission, offers excellence scholarships for foreign scholars and artists in Switzerland. The studentships are available for pursuing Phd postdoctoral, research programs and fine arts at one of the public funded universities or recognized institution.

The Swiss Government Excellence The studentships are aimed at young researchers from abroad who have completed a master’s degree or Ph.D. and at foreign artists holding a bachelor’s degree.

Each year the Swiss Confederation awards Government Excellence Scholarships to promote international exchange and research cooperation between Switzerland and over 180 other countries. Recipients are selected by the awarding body, the Federal Commission for programmes for Foreign Students (FCS).

Applicants from outside the home country will often need to meet specific English language/other language requirements in order to be able to study there.

•  financial aid positions will comprise of: PhD Scholarships
  • The aid amounts to a monthly payment of CHF 1,920.
  • For non-EU and non-EFTA grantees only: mandatory Swiss health insurance is paid by the FCS.

  • Scholarship holders from outside continental Europe receive a flight allowance (lump sum) for a ticket back to their country of origin (provided at the end of the program).
  • Special CHF 300 housing allowance (paid once at the beginning of the program).

• • Master’s degree or equivalent university degree recognised by the Swiss university. The applicant must have achieved this degree before the start of the program next September. As a proof the degree has to be submitted to the Federal Commission for programmes before the start of the program.
  • Applicant’s date of birth after 31 December 1983.
  • Applicants who have been in Switzerland for more than one year at the beginning of the program in September are not eligible.
  • Applicants must provide a letter from an academic host professor (including her/his short CV) at the chosen Swiss university confirming why she/he is willing to supervise and support the PhD thesis. Without such support, the application will be rejected.
  • Applicants must have a research proposal including a timeframe. This is the centrepiece of the application. The applicant must devote all required attention to it.
  • Applicants must be in command of the necessary language skills required for the PhD studies/ research.
  • Applicants who have already benefited from a Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship are not eligible to apply for a second scholarship.
  • Scholarship holders are expected to move to Switzerland during their grant period.

Postdoctoral Criteria

• • PhD degree
  • No more than five years may have passed between the award of the Ph.D. and the application deadline.
  • Applicants who are in Switzerland for more than one year at the beginning of the program in September are not eligible.
  • Applicants must provide a letter (or email) from a professor at the Swiss host institution stating that they are willing and entitled to supervise the postdoctoral research. Without such confirmation, the application will be rejected.
  • Applicants must have a research proposal including a timeframe (this is the centrepiece of the application. The applicant must devote all required attention to it).
  • Applicants must be in command of the necessary language skills required for the postdoctoral research.
  • Applicants who have already benefited from a Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship are not eligible to apply for a second scholarship.

Research Criteria

• • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be born after 31 December 1983.
  • Applicants should start their scholarship no later than three years after graduating with their Bachelor’s degree.
  • Applicants who have been in Switzerland for more than one year at the beginning of the program in September are not eligible.
  • Applicants must be in command of the necessary language skills required for the Master’s programme.
  • Applicants who have already benefited from a Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship are not eligible to apply for a second scholarship.
    Scholarship holders are expected to move to Switzerland during their grant period.
• English Language Requirements:  Applicants from outside the home country will often need to meet specific English language/other language requirements in order to be able to study there.

Application Procedure

The application package can be obtained by e-mail from the Swiss Embassy. Please submit 3 sets (=1 original + 2 copies) of application documents in exact order given below: The 1st set contains the original, signed documents plus the confidential letters of recommendation and if applicable the attested translations. The other two sets are the copies of the 1st set except for the confidential letters of recommendation (only 1st set).

• Signed FCS application form (typed and printed) with photo.
• A full CV with list of academic publications.
• A motivation letter (max. 2 pages).
• A complete research proposal (max. 5 pages, signed), using exclusively the FCS research proposal form.
• A copy of the letter from an academic host professor (including her/his short CV) at the chosen Swiss university confirming why she/he is willing to supervise and support the PhD thesis.
• For PhD Positionsat doctoral schools*: A proof that the applicant is being considered for admission. Except: EPFL: accepted admission required.
  *A support letter from a host professor is required in any case additionally.
• Two confidential letters of recommendation from two different professors in the applicant’s field (use exclusively the FCS reference form – originals in sealed envelopes only for the 1st set).
• Photocopies of certificates and grade sheets from previously attended universities/colleges and diplomas with grades, starting with the most recent. If not in English, French, Italian or German with attested certified translations.
• Signed medical certificate (use only the FCS health certificate form).
• Two copies of the applicant’s passport (main page with personal data). Dual nationals add copies of both passports.
• Please do not put the documents into plastic folders or binders.
