The program is designed for students from eligible countries to pursue their degrees in German universities. It is your opportunity to explore the outside world now!
Nationality: Citizens from North of the Sahara, South of the Sahara, Middle East, Asia, North-/ Central America, South America (Cambodian students are eligible.
Where: One of many German universities.
Field of study: social sciences, political sciences, law, economics and in public administration
Eligibility:
In order to be eligible, you need to:
Come from one of the countries in the eligible regions listing
Keen to actively contribute to the social and economic development of home countries
Obain at least upper second level bachelor degree in the field of social sciences, political science, law, economics and in public administration
Have previous working experiences in the field of public administration, civil society

- Motivation letter
- Full curriculum vitae
- Copies of acquired university degrees
- Copies of the transcript of records
- Copy of the school leaving certificate/high school diploma
- Recent language certificates (German and English)
- Two letters of recommendation by university professors and/or current or former employers of recent date, supplemented by signature, official letterhead, stamp
